Hybrid Learning is a much discussed concept at the moment given the uncertainty around student / staff ratios in the near future. Kaye Brunton from Evaluation Associates is running sessions with our Principals to advise them in this field. Also, quite a few of our community attended the Webinars run by Core Education on Hybrid Learning this past week. Derek Wenmoth and Ray Burkhill discussed the need for teaching and learning to become independent of location - in an increasingly uncertain world (not just due to the covid pandemic). They encouraged us to try to set up our systems online first rather than last, and to ensure we strive for transparency and consistency.
